Terms of service

About By the Basin

By the Basin is operated by Atlas Operator LLC. These terms apply to use of our website and purchases from our store. Our store is hosted by Shopify. Questions about these terms can be sent to help@bythebasin.com.

Using our store

Use this website lawfully and provide accurate contact, delivery and order information. Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious software or use another person's payment details without permission. You must have the legal capacity or required permission to make a purchase.

Products, prices and orders

Prices are displayed in US dollars. The product page and checkout identify the items and total for your order. Please review the quantity, delivery address and order total before submitting payment. Availability and prices may change for future orders. Product photographs and screen colors can vary; follow the product's stated specifications and installation instructions.

An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of an order. If an item is unavailable or a material listing or pricing error affects your order, we will contact you rather than charge an undisclosed replacement price. Any payment for an order we cancel will be refunded to the original payment method.

Shipping, returns and cancellations

Our shipping policy and return and refund policy explain delivery and return arrangements. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact help@bythebasin.com promptly with your order number. We will check its fulfillment status; contacting us does not guarantee a change after dispatch.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how information is collected and used when you visit or purchase from the store.

Website content and links

Website text, branding and original media may not be copied or used commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder. Links to other websites are provided for their stated purpose; those websites have their own terms and privacy practices.

Your rights and updates

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may update these terms for future use of the website. The terms and policies applicable when an order is placed govern that order, subject to applicable law.
